· 150 Gauge 34.5 +/- 3.45 *Spot reading of +/-15% may be present.
· Heat Seal 5 +/-1
Test procedure: By weighment with 10 cm x 10 cm sample.
Note: Type of substrate must be specifying at the time of order.

5.Printing & Lacquer Coating:
|
Printing as per Text, Layout and shade approval by the customer.
Printing inks and lacquer coating are capable to withstand at a temperature of 160 deg c for 1 sec dwell time.

6.Winding Direction:

Printed or clear lacquer side is out in the finished reel unless otherwise specified in purchase order.

7.Core:
|
As specified in purchase order: Material: Plastic, Aluminum or Cardboard. ID - 70/76mm with a tolerance of +/- 1 mm.

8.Splices:
|
Butt type with 25 mm pressure sensitive adhesive tape. Avg. number of joints < 2 per reel.

9.Reel O.D.:
|
80% of the reels in a consignment will have OD 250 +/- 10mm and rest may have smaller OD.

Within +/- 1mm.

11.Roll width:

As specified +/- 1.0 mm

12.Identification:
|
Each reel is identified with a ticket having Reel No., Specification, and Mfg. date.

13.Packing:
|
Pharma foil reels are packed in cardboard carton. Reels are wrapped with LDPE film and packed with corners and foam side protectors. Jumbo reels are packed in wooden box in suspended condition with necessary poly film wrapping, corners and foam side protectors.

14.Marking:
|
Order No., Batch No., Gross & Net Wt. and any other details as agreed mutually with customer.
